Above is our official flyer for the PCUC New Castle march For Life Bus; please use your zoom option to view the flier more easily. Please note that the price has gone up by $5 for students and adults, due to the increase in the cost of renting the bus. Please sign up before December 14th, the sooner the better as we need to know how many people are going on this trip as soon as possible. Also, Joanne is out of town until November 28th, so please call Sue Deasey at 724-866-5675 to sign up.

YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, MARCH FOR LIFE 2019
Time sensitive information: We need immediate commitments to go to Washington, DC on our March For Life Bus. The cost has gone up by $300 for the bus, and in order to insure that PCUC does not lose money on this trip, we need to have a nearly full, if not full, bus. The deadline for us to put a $200 deposit on a bus is October 31st, so we need commitments ASAP. We are trying to stay in the $40 to $50 range per adult, and keep students at $25. The bus will leave a New Castle area location around 4:45 am, Friday, January 18th, and return around 1 am the next morning. It is a fun and rewarding trip, and allows us to continue showing Washington DC and the rest of the country that we stand for life and will continue to do so until a culture of life is once again the priority and reality in the United States. I strongly believe that we must stay engaged in the pro-life movement on every front, and this is a national stage televised by EWTN every year. Please do not hesitate to reserve your seat TODAY so that we can continue this witness before the US government and the pro-choice advocates. We need your support! If you cannot go, please consider a donation to sponsor someone who needs assistance with the fee. To reserve your seat, please call either Joanne at 724-667-9510, or Sue at 724-866-5675 before October 25th, as we will be making a decision then regarding the affordability of this trip. The entire amount does not have to be in immediately, but a deposit of at least $20 will help us make a good decision. Thank you to all in advance for your support of this most important cause: respect for life at ALL stages, from conception to natural death.
Annual PCUC New Castle Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser
Our annual fundraiser is scheduled for Sunday, September 23, 2018 at St. Mary’s Parish Center in New Castle. This is our only major fundraiser, and we need the support of the public to continue our work in the pro-life arena. David Jones will be our caterer again, and cost is $10 for adults, $4 age 4-12, and free for age 3 and under.. Carry outs will be available; we will provide containers. We are not sending out tickets this year in order to save time and money, so you have the option of walking in to pay, purchasing a ticket in advance by calling 7248665675, or emailing to lawcopcuc@gmail.com. We can either have you pick up your ticket in advance or it can be held at the door for you. The dinner includes: spaghetti and meatballs, bread & butter, salad, and ice cream, coffee or water.
Please help us to continue our pro-life work in the community and on the state and national levels by purchasing a dinner. You are literally helping to save lives!
PCUC Membership Meeting
Mark your calendars for the upcoming membership meeting of PCUC New Castle. The meeting will be on Monday, September 17th 2018, 11 am, at the Crane Room in New Castle. We plan to have a speaker discussing her personal experiences with a crisis pregnancy; you won’t want to miss it! Our agenda is: order lunch, then meeting with lunch being served at 12:30 so we can conduct our meeting with minimal distractions. Coffee, tea, and water courtesy of PCUC will be available during the meeting. Please join us to learn more about what we stand for and work for, and to learn of opportunities for you to help support our cause through your time, talents, and financial gifts. We are under new leadership as of November 2017, and are excited for what we can do to help women, children, and families!! Please be aware that you can come for any part of the meeting if you are under time constraints, and do not feel obligated to order lunch; we welcome anyone who is interested and will contribute in any way to our work.
